The Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education (LANTITE) is a crucial milestone for aspiring teachers in Australia. With significant changes implemented in 2025, this guide provides everything you need to know about the test, its requirements, and how to prepare effectively.
Major Changes in 2025
As part of the National Teacher Workforce Action Plan, the previous limitation on test attempts has been eliminated. Candidates can now sit the test as many times as needed to meet the standard, reducing stress and providing more opportunities for success.
